Martis and Billie Wyatt of Clanton and Larry and Lisa Ramsey of Verbena are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Wyatt of Prattville, to Ernest William Boartfield of Prattville.
The bride is the granddaughter of Robert and Carol Love of Fairhope and James and Juanita Staggs of Clanton. She is a graduate of Isabella High School and is studying early childhood education at Auburn University-Montgomery.
The groom is a graduate of Stanhope Elmore High School and Troy University, where he earned a degree in music education.
He works for the Elmore County Board of Education.
The wedding will take place Saturday, Nov. 21 at Friendship Baptist Church in Clanton.
